1. The service
This site presents the Dis Frigo app, currently in development, and offers a waitlist to be informed of its launch. The site is provided “as is”, free of charge.
2. Pre-launch
Joining the waitlist is neither a contract nor a guarantee of availability, features or release date. The features presented may change.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, nor to abuse the signup form (third-party addresses, automated submissions…).
4. Intellectual property
The “Dis Frigo” name, texts, visuals and design elements of this site are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability
We strive to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts. The publisher’s identity, publication director and host are listed in our legal notice.
